Yes Gleason, you can still get pregnant.
If he just ejaculated there would be sperm, not precum but sperm, in his urethra. Just putting his penis into your vagina would squeeze that sperm out and into your vagina. It only takes one sperm.
Always use protection all the time.
Plan B is an option within 72 hours.
You can test as early as 14 days from when you had sex. You MUST use your first morning urine for the best accuracy.
