millions of girls and women have eating disorders but we all keep it a big secret, me included. I am still in the path of recovery but there is this quote i go by everyday that gives me motivation and its "The pain of disciplin or the pain of regret...take your choice." And relating that to eating disorders is in the long run you WILL regret the eating habits you've created and it will destroy you from the inside out. The pain of disciplin is a lot less in the long run! What i mean by disciplin is being responsible and telling people who are close to you about your problem and creating a support system for yourself and also to seek therapy. Everyday you must wake up ready to fight for your life, to take back control (some of you may think youre in control but youre truly NOT!!!!).
I was never one to ask for help, i hid my disorder for years but on the verge of suicide i made a life changing decision to finally ask for help, i took a leap of faith and not only was God there to catch me so was my family and friends. Since then i have been battling and slowly gaining back me, the me that i have'nt seen in sooo long and who i miss terribly!So be strong and be disciplined!!! I know what a struggle every minute of everyday is but eating disorders can be overcome, with help.....get a strong support system and find yourself!

I do understand what you are going thru, I have been you. Please dont do anything you will regret such as laxatives or at least if you do go that route do it the natural way of eating prunes. I used to be really overweight and try a ton of things I have tried prunes and lost a couple extra pounds that were stored in my digestive however this is simply a quick fix. Anything worth doing is going to be hard work so if you are serious be prepared to go to the gym 4-5 days a week cut out sweets and you will be suprised how much you lose from cutting out refined sugar. drink plenty water i drink about 10-12 cups a day and most of all love your body as it is at every stage people dont do this usually until they are face with a true life challenge I am glad I realized before. One more thing how I lost most my weight was not eating anything packaged only fresh foods, fruits, veggies.

Well...I only started trying to lose weight yesterday but I measured myself and made a video...i put it on youtube if any of you want to do the weight loss journey with me...its under My weight loss journey by cierrawalden on youtube!! right now I have been working out for 30 minutes twice a day and eating less although yesterday i did stuff my face with pizza lol. Im going to eat less now though...I also started taking HydroxyCut but i really dont know if thats going to work...Alli worked well with me but I dont have the money to get anymore so...after this im gonna have to just workout workout workout!!! Wish me luck and PLEASE subscribe and encourage me...I need it.
