Told my boyfriend i miscarried yet I had an abortion and he insisted that we visit a doctor... Can a doctor tell weather or not it's a miscarriage or abortion?
im in the samesituation and am thinking about aborting, but when my bf finds out he will literally kill me, can go to the hospital and say I think I miscarried
