Can popping blackheads on the nose cause a nosebleed?

Hello, yes  i think it can. It happened to me couple of times. Because when you squeeze your nose your capillaries are under pressure and if one of those breaks you have a nosebleed. So if you want to avoid bleeding you should be more gentle to your nose. Have some else pop your zits. Female hands are maybe the best for this job. I always let my sister squeeze my zits, she likes doing it and she is so gentle. Hope this helps
