Hi,
Im 19.
Im able to retract the forskin over the head when I have an erection.
Masturbation with forskin pulled back is slightly painful as the frenulum is strained.
Im wondering if i need a frenoplasty to reattach it lower.

Guys, i am also having the same problem.. Will frenulum break during sexual intercorse?? Please post a reply..
Me to I'm really scared
Don't stress about it. It may "break" as you say but that's a good thing because when your frenulum is out of the way sex is much better.
Mine tore several times when I first began having sex. It was not really painful and I didn't even know it until we were through and I noticed the blood. The first time I just let it heal and found it reattached itself right back where it was so it was still too short and it happened again. That time I put some toilet paper on it while holding the foreskin back so it couldn't heal back together. So when it healed it was not as short but still not long enough, as it happened a couple more times. I used the toilet paper so it got a little longer each time. Now it's like there never was a frenulum there at all. My foreskin goes all the way back so the tip is right at the base of the shaft with no discomfort at all and it doesn't even pull the tip of the head down.
The reason why that is so nice is because the inner foreskin is loaded with stretch sensitive nerves that produce a lot of pleasure when they are stretched. Without the frenulum to interfere and cause pain you can pull the foreskin back tight when masturbating, or it does that by itself when having sex as you thrust in, and that feels really nice. During sex it gives you an automatic added thrust that adds to the pleasure for both you and your partner.
So don't worry about it breaking. It's not really painful, it heals quickly, and the added pleasure of being able to pull the foreskin all the way back without any pain is well worth any discomfort of it breaking.
You can have a doc cut it but I figure the pain of sticking a needle in to numb it is worse than having it tear by itself and it's still going to hurt exactly the same after it wears off and while it's healing. Also the docs don't always trim it enough so it's still short and it hurts to stretch it.

Hello there, i used to have plenty of rough sex when i was 19-22, sometimes 4 to 5 times in a day and the frenulum never broke, no pain at all. Then i was out of relationship for 5 years and wasnt sexyally active. I did masturbate 2-3 times a week in average. Then i had a friend with benefits and sex was still okay. Im 27 and now im dating a 19 year old girl and we started having plenty of sex. The first 5 to 6 months were okay. But recently im starting to have frenulum breaks and it take 24-48 hours to heal and although sex has been possible, we have to check me to retract fully and see if it's healed and painful before sex.
Sometimes it's too painful and having to stop when we're both fully aroused is killing my confidence. However, we've done it sometimes when the pain is tolerable. And the frenulum only hurts as im putting it inside, once its inside and we start having sex it doesnt hurt. But after sex i can not retract fully and wash it in the shower until after a day or two.
We tried lubricants too but it hasnt helped.
So its not as bad as many frenuloplasty needing guys but its still stopping me from enjoying my sex life to the fullest, soecially because my gf wants to have sex everyday and more than once a day.
Njoynlife, You have mentioned the toilet paper trick here. Do you think i should start putting a bit of toilet paper after sex everytime?
Any feedback from anyone is appreciated. Because im not sure if frenuloplasty is gonna help as ive read a lot of painful reviews.
Thank you.

I would try it if your frenulum is actually torn a bit as that should help it become looser/longer when it heals.
Just do some frenulum-stretching exercises. These are the best way to loosen things up down there. Just do them safely and regularly. And use one of those penis health cremes to keep the skin moisturized.. this will help a lot! Good luck.
