If you are making yourself cum when masterbating you need to wash yourself out.
What you are smelling is the cum fermenting. You need to get some douche and rinse out occasionally.
When you start your period you will also need to do the same thing.

Never EVER douche! It is bad for the bacteria inside your vagina and can cause an infection. Do not use feminine sprays. I do too masturbate and before and after, I use a toilet paper wipe to get rid of any odors that might stick around, and change my panties after doing so. Hope that helped!
I'm guessing by your context that your at the age where hair is starting to grow down there. It is important to keep it trimmed and also clean. The smell some young girls experience is actually urine in the hair from not wiping well enough.
DO NOT DOUCHE! Terrible advise. That will only mess with your system and cause irritation, a yeast infection and even more issues. I swear douches were created by men who had no idea the way a woman's body works.
