Hi, I am 23 years old male and I am practicing body building for 8 months already. I would like to achieve great bulking but I am not sure if I may do it without risk of getting fat. One friend from gym told me that I have to get few pound of fat if I want to bulk.
Hi, it is not necessary to get fat if you want to bulk your body. First, you have to intake more proteins and carbohydrates by meals which have to be split in 7-8 smaller parts. It will prevent forming of fat on your body. If some fat appears you need to increase your aerobic training to burn it. With these principles you will avoid risk of getting fat.
Hi Griffith,
First of all I want to tell you that it is great that you are interested in body building. My younger brother is into it for years now so I know something about it.
He is really focused on his nutrition and he says it is essential to eat well and healthy. His regime is like one rule which sounds something like this, carbohydrates before practice and proteins after practice.
He is big fun of oatmeal and he says that one serving gas enough of calories to go through the whole practice. Sometimes he adds some bananas or strawberries into it just to make it taste better and honey as well.
About proteins I believe that you know everything.
