2-4 days after sex is too early for pregnancy to have occurred and being still on her period, it would not likely have been a fertile time

If the sperm died, then there is no chance of pregnancy. However, she can only get pregnant on a fertile day, but you have given no period dates or the date this happened.

Me and her had sex 3 times on Saturday (details in earlier post) then twice yesterday, she was scared and took a morning after pill, will that pill keep Saturday from causing it? When she took it it was only 3 days since we had sex the first time

If it had been taken within 72 hours it would have been taken in time. But the information leaflet should tell you that. You haven't stated which pill she took. Some are effective within 120 hours.

If by 'bum' you mean 'anus', then note that the vaginal opening is very near the anus. So if her vagina had been very wet, any live sperm could have swum into her vagina. You have still not given any past and anticipated period dates nor the date this happened.
her period started i march 23rd and ended near the 29th. this occurred during April 3rd. and the very next day April 4th she took the pill plan B. does she have a high chance of pregnancy?
also i did not finger her anus, rather i gave it a tap, and quickly stopped what i was doing.
From what you have described of your activity, there seems very little chance of pregnancy, although it probably happened on a fertile day if she has a typical cycle of about 28 days. Taking plan b would probably have prevented ovulation, so pregnancy is even less likely but her period may come at an unexpected time.
My tracker says ovulation is in one day and she started heavy bleeding today ?
