I’m just really scared, I looked it up using google and it says that she should get her period 3-4 weeks from the pill but yesterday would have been 4

Where did you look? She had bleeding on 8 April.
Why not take a test if you are scared?

Near 4:00 today she experienced bad cramping. Is this just the pill still even though it’s been close to 3-4 weeks since taking it. Also I forgot to mention she took a test on the 30th of April and it turned out negative. However she did say the test could’ve been near a year old. Does this affect it? Is there a high chance of pregnancy

I just googled “EC and periods” and it was a deal on google, but she would be having symptoms by now if she was pregnant, around 3 and a half ish weeks since the sex and she bled really heavy April 9th-13th which was the EC basically hitting a restart button on her period right? Like her cycle started the 9th because that’s when the bleeding induced by the EC which since she did bleed means it stopped ovulation? Her expected period is next week and she had some cramps the other day like how she normally does sometime within a week of her period normally, other than that she has shown not one single symptom of pregnancy and she should by now right? IF she WAS pregnant that is which is almost an impossible circumstance

Idk if it’s pregnancy or sickness. Her forehead is hot and she’s been feeling uneasy for the past few days. What do you think it is?

Web-based advice is not consistent, but in any case, you must read in context and understand the terminology used on that site. The term 'period' is often used to describe the bleeding that is similar to a normal period but has been drug-induced. It is suggested that if a period has not happened within 3 weeks of taking EC, then a pregnancy test should be taken. In your case, she had a 'period' a few days after taking the EC pill (9th April). So you are now waiting for her next period which should come within a week of her usual time after a 9th April period - within the first half of May. Her cramps suggest her period is not far away.

The cramping could be an indication that her period is not far away.

Pregnancy tests last about 2 to 3 years once produced (less expensive can have a shorter shelf life of 2 years; more expensive maybe 3 years). But don't assume that a test you bought a year ago will be OK. That test bought 12 months ago might already have been on the store shelf for 18 months, meaning it could already be expired. There should be an expiry date on the packaging.

If the test had been within date, the 30 April result should be reliable.

More likely it's a sickness 'bug'

Okay thank you for clearing that up

So since she had that “period” and we are waiting for her next, that means she can’t be pregnant from any sexual activity previous to it right? And also, if she can’t possibly be pregnant from previous activity then what would it mean if she doesn’t get her period? She got that “period” after taking the pill but I’m still confused on whether she can be pregnant from before then

The arrival of a period (natural or induced) is a very good sign she is not pregnant. From what you have said, it is almost impossible for her to be pregnant from the activity she had before taking EC.
If she doesn't get her period in May, then it could mean she is pregnant from a later activity. or her period is missed (sometimes happens).

Why not just wait a few days and see what happens?

Well I have no choice but to do that, I’m just freaked out is all, and she couldn’t be pregnant from previous activity because she had her period before then because we had sex on the 31st like I’ve stated, but before then it was almost a month and 2 weeks since we had sex and she had 2 periods since the time we had sex before the 31st

Do you mean "before then"? A prior period doesn't help determine!
