Hello! I had similar doubts but finally I have my weekly regimen from nutritionist and I am sharing with you my Monday's. For breakfast (6-8 egg white + 2 yolks, cup of oatmeal boiled with milk and coffee), after 2-3 hours take protein shake with 2 fruits, following after further 2-3 hours with lunch (300g of beefsteak + 1 cup of boiled rise + salad spiced with olive oil and apple vinegar). Following the workout, take PWM and 1-1, 5 hours later dinner (300g chicken breast + green vegetable). Just before sleeping, take casein.
