At at 12, you don't have to worry about producing sperm yet.
You're way too young to be having children.
As far as producing semen for an ejaculation, you don't have to worry...that will come
as your body matures. Don't be in rush. Just wait until you're 15 or more.
If you really want to help things along, eat right (balanced meals) get PLENTY of sleep, exercise, including endurance running and strengthening and toning so your physical shape will be attractive in later years... and stay active.... not sitting in front of a computer or TV all day. Limit your sitting to under a half an hour.
All these will help, but the bottom line is, don't worry. You're still very early in your teen developing years.

I've never had a wet dream so technically not every1 does a few of my friends have also said they've not had a wet dream before funnily enough we masterbate regularly wet dreams only happen if u don't masterbate regularly the average is 2 - 3 times a week if u keep at that I doubt you'll have a wet dream at all
