I dont know what to do. I am always restless, anxious and nervous. I can't tune in my mind and body. My body itches, my muscles are shaking. I am very afraid for my health. I must do something but I dont know what would be the best. If you have any smart advices please write!
Maybe you should practice something. I have heard that some Eastern techniques are very good for calming the body and tuning the mind. Something like Tai Chi, or Yoga or anything that you like and think that can help. Also you can go to the aerobic to learn how to relax the body after an effort. If that does not help then you always have solution to visit doctor and listen what he has to say about your condition.
