Hi everyone, I need help on this. I've observed that my cat has been having some trouble eating. Although his appetite has not lessened, I frequently see him having a hard time chewing or swallowing his food. He seems to want to scratch inside his mouth/throat after he eats and it concerns me seeing him like this. Other than that he seems to be fine, no trouble moving or anything, energy levels seem the same.
I'm taking him to the vet soon but I want to know if other cat owners has experienced this with their cats. Many thanks for those who will answer.

Does your cat eat dry or wet food?
It could be teeth problems and you're best to get him or her checked.
