Baby born at 29 weeks normal delivery baby cried at birth. From 4 months up started noticing some streching, had always had high pitch cry. hands mostly held in a fist, can not hold neck at 7months. CT scan done result cerebal atrophy.
Pls what is the best line of treatment.
