Chances of normal pregnancy after tubal ligation?

i had tuble clamps done about four and half months ago and ive been feeling off for two weeks now with stomach pain throwing up not eatin alot and feelin of something moving could i be pregnant

No ones crash. I had my tubes tied about 2 years ago and my husband had a Vasectomy about 3 years ago and I am positively pregnant again. Nothing is 100% trust me! I'm going to be having my 4 child in 8 MTS. Dr has already confirmed that both failed And we are having another baby!

You should def. Go to the dr. I'm 24 and had my tubes tied 3years ago and my hubby was fixed as well and we have just been informed by my obgyn that I will be having another baby

Wow!!!! Were your tubes just tied or were they burned as well? Congratulations to the both of you! That truly is amazing! Im amazed that you both were fixed and you guys are pregnant! Congrats again and i wish the both of you the best of luck!

I had a tubal ligation over 3 yrs ago and I've been feeling different over the last 5 days my breasts swelled up alot and hurt,breaking out with acne on my face,sweats, going to bathroom constantly.. I thought there's something WRONG.. I told a friend and said I can't be pregnant I've been fixed and they said I needed to call my dr's and make an appt could be a tubal pregnancy well needless to say I did make appt for dr and then decided to take a home pregnancy test and I actually have taken 2 of them one yesterday and FIRST thing this am and BOTH are positive!! OMG.. I didn't want anymore I have 4 children now soo confused and scared.. I have a dr appt today to find out whats going to happen :( I had my heart set on NO MORE children really.. I dont know.. I'll update later..

I had my tubal 13 years ago after my son was born.  My last period was on 02/14/13.  I completely skipped March and was suppose to start yesterday 04/03/13 (if it would have stayed on course), but nothing is happening.  For the past 3 years I am missed a month here and there. but my periods have always come the second month, I have never missed more than 1 month at a time.  I am getting worried at this point.  I have been feeling tired, flushed, dizzy and had pain in my left side last week, but it was the upper abdomin not lower.  Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?  I know (from past experiences) the minute I get a home test, I will start, so I hestiant about spending the money.  Please help!!

I was told that home test don't really work on women that had tubals they need blood test to comfirm

I am like you I have had my tubes tied for going on11 years. I just recently have had dark blood discharge and a low fever at night. Would love to have another child my period is not at all normal this month I am like clock work and this one is very dark and not heavy. Lke you I am hesitant toget a test cause that is when I start but am a week late. Please let me know.

Thank you for your post. I had my tubal ligation over 13 yrs. ago when I was in a bad marriage and was strongly encouraged by my mom to have it. I am now remarried to my high school sweetheart who has no kids of his own and desperately wants one. He's a wonderful father to our (my) 3 kids. We've been praying for our miracle baby now for five yrs. My periods come faithfully and usually a day or two early. This month for the first time in 6 years my period was late. Four days late. We were so excited and praising God. Then today I started my period. I still praise God and know that now, at least, there's hope. Thanks again for your post.

I had a full tubal (cut, ties, burnt) 4 yrs ago. My periods have always been on time, in fact, every time I have been late I was pregnant. I was 2 weeks late this Jan., took a test right away, and was positive. Was told by my obgyn to go immediately to the E R to rule out a tubal.  Nope, right there in the uterus! So, 1 - if you suspect pregnancy get a test RIGHT AWAY. A tubal pregnancy can be FATAL. Also, to the person who said you have to have a blood test....false. The ER tests with a urine test before sending for an ultrasound. 

I had a tubal ligation almost 4 years ago. i have missed my period. i have 4 kids alredy and now iam married to a guy that i care bout having kids with. he doesnt have any of his own and we have always kept the idea of having another child. what are the chances of having a normal pregnancy. oh and i am 30 years old.

 

 

I am just curious if you can tell me how your pregnancy went? I go to the doctor Wed. I had my tubes tied over 4 years ago and took a test positive and have all the signs I am freaking out.

It is possible to I get pregnant because I was operated about 4 years c section and they did me a tubal ligation and I feel like a baby inside of me I need help!!!!

I had my tubal 12 years ago for health reasons not because I didn't want another child I just wanted to make sure I'd be here for my 3 kids, however 7 years ago I had a miscarriage, the fetus was stuck in the tubes and right after that gained 38 pounds lately I've been experiencing stronger the usual cramping, no heavy bleeding my breast hurt as if I were lactating. And I can't loose the weight no matter how hard I Try. However the miscarriage situation I just saw it as a fluke. But after reading all of these comments all I can say is I pray I don't ever have to be in the situation again. I can't handle being depressed more the I already feel. Good luck All

I have had my period since age 9 i am now 45 never missed a period only when pregnant but i have now missed my period for 2 1/2 months  , i had a tubal ligation 22 years ago after my 5th child, I've had 3 dizzy /drunkeness spells this week and nausea i can just wake up and i still feel tired, very irritable and haven't even so much spotted . Is it possible to get pregnant after a so many years of a tubal ligation ? What's the chances ?
