I can relate. I have the same symptoms with chest pains, left arm numbness, soreness in my neck and left jaw around my ear forward, stomach gurgling after eating, some intermittent diarrhea, I have lost 13 pounds in 2 month and have no appetite to speak of. I have been to the ER where they found nothing, my doctor who suggested a heart specialist although they found nothing. I am scheduled to see a heart specialist next week and we will see how that goes, but all blood work is normal. I am researching the possibility of stomach bleeding and possible long term after effects of food poisoning. I know I have had this in the not so distant past. Also my father in law said he had similar symptoms when he was in his early twenties and was finally diagnosed with something called valley fever. I am going to be tested. Keep researching and thank you for the post.
Hi sorry about your pain. I have more or less the same symptoms. I am female and i have pain and burning sensation on my left side (but now it is on both sides!!!) and the pain and burning radiate to my back (exactly at the same place as the front but now the back!). Anyways, in March I did a barium swallow and nothing was there, I had a ECG and everything was fine so the doctor told me it was anxiety so I went for counseling, It was better until about 3 weeks ago, all the symptoms have come back, I'm going to see the doc tomorrow (not because of this first) I was diagnosed with anemia and symptoms of anemia include chest pain and palpitations as well so will see tomorrow what he says. I'll keep you posted

I had a reaction to eating Cheerios out the box late at night on three different occasions, I was eating the cereal by hand and had more than two servings what followed was exactly what you described here but I could not find the causal link because my eating the Cheerios was so far apart. However until last night I was not sure but now I am 100 percent it was the Cheerios. About three months ago I was experiencing the same symptoms as you… the esophagus felt like it was full and wanted to burp my tummy was also upset but no matter what I was taking for it nothing would work all night… for the next month I was experiencing chest pains to the point I could not breath, I thought it would go away then I would lay on my side and the pain was so intense I had to lay on my back to sleep, I had arm pain and eventually though I was going to have a heart attack, I went to emergency they did bloods EKG you name it, the doctor came back and explained in detail the results and I was shocked but please to hear I had gas, I was so worried and when I took the pills he gave me for two days I was cured. Later, I got sick again and then I knew what may have caused the same thing that happened a month or two ago… it was sure it was Cheerios and then I Googled Tri-sodium Phosphate but I keep seeing it was all good for you but after my third experience with not being able to digest this product and it was the only thing I was eating… I was feeling the tickle and cough and the esophagus trying to burp I will never eat Cheerios again. Not only that two days after eating them I felt strange like I was drugged and I couldn’t think too well and I had the chest pains waking again and the same symptoms slowly coming are coming back again, I had diarrhea all day, every time I urinated it smelled like Cheerios so I have another prescription for the same pills and if I wake up again tomorrow feeling heart pains again I am off to the Pharmacy. I know from a recent Documentary “A Place at the Table” that the US FDA and USDA know what causes disease and obesity… they are chemicals additives yet the US even subsidizes these corporations who produce bad food. Just so you know I am not hallucinating I did four years of pre med, two years of advanced sciences and a chiropractic degree and I have two law degrees as well. So, all I can say is I am glad I found this article because those symptoms are exactly what happen to me from eating a toxic poison. Sometimes you have to word your searches on Google differently because the corporations are out to protect their subsidies.
