I have Anxiety and Anxiety is ther worst! I was fine up until one day I had an eppisode of Tinnitus just hit me, High Pitch screaming in my ear, thought I had a brain Tumer etc and it all went down hill from there. I ended up on anax .25mg and that seamed to help me out. I came off them about two years later and used excercise as my means to stay sane. Recently however with stress from work ive been having chest pains (most probebly from the gym and not from lung cancer, Heart Problems which I seam to google every 15 minutes convincing myself i have) ive started having panic attacks again. I couldnt handle it and am back on the xanax for a bit. My doc suggested I take Aropax, but I wanted to use something that i think worked the first time. Anxiety and Panic disorders are so bad, Wish it was like it was before he attacks started but hey you just need to keep on keeping on.

You guys should all have a hair mineral analisis,
I had the same symptoms and people thought i was crazy and thought it was all in my head.

My test results came up with copper overload, which also gives you anxiety through the roof, i had chest pains, racing heart, dizzyness ect.

I went to the ER a few times and they found nothing with the tests and wasted money on doctors, i found a natrupath who did hair mineral testing and have never had any bad anxiety or symptoms since being treated.

Easy to say when your not feeling what he's feeling. Sounds like a type of angina though. I know that discomfort well.

Sometimes, my heart feels like it slows down and beats heavily, but it doesn't hurt. It only lasts for a few beats then goes back to normal. Does anybody know what this could be?
