I experience pain in the right side of my chest. I feel the pain more when I take deep breath, move my arms high (specially the right arm), and also when I sleep on my right side. I realize that there are so many people with the same problem, but I did not see anyone who tries to give a solution.

If it happens only when you breath, it's likely a costochondritis which has to do with inter-costal ligaments/muscles. The condition is not serious at all and has nothing to do with your heart. You may have trained or overstretched your chest- or shoulder-muscles too hard in the past days or may have slept shirtless, which may have teared a part of it. The good news is, it should go away on its own over time. A good treatment is to go sleep with a shirt on and use a hot bottle of water and keep it against your chest. You can take magnesium supplements too until your condition improves. If you smoke, are overweight, dring alcohol or in otherwise extreme cases, a more serious conditions such as pericarditis, which is an infection of the protective layer of the heart, may be considered. Hope it helps.

My friend's left side will start hurting, then the pain will move to her right. Then it will move to her stomach, and it makes it almost impossible for her to breathe, and when she does, her heart hurts. What's going on with her? She's 14, by the way.
