Over the last 2 weeks I have had chest pains, pain and tingling down my right arm, and feeling clammy. It last any thing from 5 mins to an hour. This has happened about five times in the last two weeks ! What could this mean ?

It's time to see your doctor.
Your symptoms could be cardiac related. I'm as concerned with your feeling "clammy" as I am with the chest pain. Not everyone has the "traditional" crushing chest pain or sore left arm.
It could also be a virus.
