i have chronic sinusitis since 4year had use many homeopathic medicine allopathic medicine but not getting any improvement now my left nostrils completely block due to thick yellow discharge and by small polyp,i need a very hard and effective medicine to cure it without side effect,please tell me some effective medicine to cure it.
