Hi I am 27. Around five years ago I had neurosis after the death of my closest friend and since that I feel chronic pains in my anus. The neurosis left after a couple of months but for over five years at least 3-4 times in a year I am having 1-weak severe pain in my anus.

When it started first I went to a doctor and after he put his finger deep into my anus to explore the problem the severe pain disappeared. He told me I have no hemorrhoids. It may sound strange but after that I started to do the same every thing after defecation with my finger trying to clean my anus and it was helping a lot, but not during the periods when the pain was flaring up. Often spreading an ordinary cream outside or inside the anus was helping a lot, but one year ago I started to spread to much cream inside and it caused anal fissure.

It went to doctor and they closed the fissure after a month. But I was still feeling a pain every time after defecation if I did not do 'cleaning' or spreading a cream. I feel also a pain after having a shower if I don't spread a cream. Also washing my anus with a cold water helps sometimes. Thus, the doctors did all possible checkups but did not find anything and they deduced that this is something connected with my nerves.

Also I feel discomfort especially when I sit for a long time on a chair and it seems like this stupid thing will never disappear from my life. Sorry for being so much detailed, but I hope that I can find someone who has had the same issue and knows how to deal with it.

Please help me.

Sounds like you're SOL buddy, but I say that only because that's how I feel. My ass has been on fire for about a month on more or less of a vegetarian diet with very mild hemerrhoids. its easier to repair a torn muscle off the bone than to fix a butt hole, at least that's what I seem to come across. I feel your pain, not exactly, but I understand.
