Didn't want to have to read through every page so forgive me if this has already been said, but this is completely and utterly normal. Just dead skin cells and mixed with sweat and the little bit of urine that you can't wipe after peeing, I'd be worried if it didn't smell gross. Pretty sure it just accumulates down there because it's kind of out of the way, cleaning/wiping wise, being under the clitoral hood and all. Nothing to worry about at all, just remember to be gentle when showering, because obviously it's a very sensitive area. And yeah if you don't pull the hood back and let water run down there while showering it does tend to accumulate. The only thing to be worried about is the smell but nothing else, trust me, if you had an infection of some sort it would be very apparent.
