I have had this for years my uterine tubes are blocked and it causes them to fill with watery like fluid and it spills out into the vagina causing it to run down my leg and soak through my clothes I found this out because I was having really bad side pain and went to the ER they said that I had PID treated me for it and STD but when my test came back I didn't have an STD or PID so it was endometriosis the scaring in the tubes doesn't allow the fluid to pass freely so it builds up and then releases
Ask your obgyn to check for endometriosis do you get shooting pains through your vagina and rectum sometimes I had the watery discharge for years and was recently dx with endometriosis
So, what were the results, i had the issue mad couldn't find anything, but still having the issue.
