Hi, I began to run every day, just a few weeks a go, and now have contractions in my left leg during the night.
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem before but when I increase fluid intake, the symptoms vanish. Just do some warm up before running to loosen muscles. Leg massage before you sleep can also help.
