The only thing you have to be careful mixing with subs is opiates, that includes boy and everything, if you keep the sub in your system as your suppose to you'll be fine, but miss a dose and continue doing pain you'll regret it about the time you do some sub, your best bet if you miss a dose is to chill out on EVERYTHING pain wise and sub for 12 hours, do a half a sub then (4mg). Wait another 12 hours and do a whole sub (8mg). After that you should get to feeling better, believe it or not it will only make it worse if you try doing a bunch of sub during those first few hours because the opiate isn't far enough into/out of your system yet, the sub actually pulls it out of you, which causes the withdrawal symptoms. What I found that helps the most hands down, about a quarter of a xanax bar every 3-4 hours, and about a gram and a half of cocaine, not all at once lol. But throughout the day, you need to get out of the house, and the girl gives you the energy to do so while the can keeps your mind off of the sub. Hey but we all have different metabolisms and bodies, that's just what helped me most.

Question if you do a couple lines of good coke and want to come down fast will suboxen help with that?

Wow man you and I have Identical habits. I haven't touched heroin or coke in 6 years. I was on methadone for 4 years got off that for a month but I was still so sick and working physical labor everyday that I couldn't handle it anymore and got on subs. I'm on 4 mg a day split up in 2mg but sometimes I think about doing a little white on occasion. I never really had a problem stopping the white but I guess it still shows that no amount of time will ever rid me of that addict mindset.

I've been on subs for 2 years consistently shooting 4 mg a day suboxone, and I will say I did the best coke any of you ever seen while on it and the bad side effects of the coke were minimal because suboxone kept me good. It's prettt much a dumb speed ball but instead a shot of buprenorphine. If your on sub maintence and before you were on subs did not like cocaine.. on subs you will love cocaine. EXTREMELY BAD, EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE. Don't do it

Ty so much for giving your answer. My yfriend smokes crack cocaine & I'm on Suboxone for my opoid addiction. So i kinda wondering if could give him Suboxone to get him off crack but from what you said i guess I'd better not. I'd be worried the whole time he'd backslide & maybe OD. THANKS!

That last line was very, VERY powerful!! I've just relapsed after 7 years clean off opiates, benzos and a small, short term crack an heroin use. I always said, after sitting in the rooms and hearing how AMAZING the heroin high was, and training to hit veins as a vet tech, that if I relapsed, I'd definitely go hard and make that white key tag worth it, meaning I'd go straight to shooting dope. I didn't do it on my first run. My first run was prescribed pain killers, muscle relaxers, benzos, and then a "friend" (ha) introduced me to snorting heroin because I was out of my pills and was told that I would get very ill without them. Another "friend" (ha) introduced me to crack. I didn't particularly like it but I LOVED coming down by snorting, so I did it on and off. After 5 days I a cushy detox and 10 months in a posh (and I do mean posh, to the tune of my stay costing my poor parents over $100,000, I put together 9 years. Well, my fiance slipped on Dilaudid IV, so I did too. Then it was heroin IV. We ran for 4 mos and I did some "never have I evers" (yet), relocated to a very small town very far away in the South, and 2 mos in, here comes occasional (for me) IV pills. He ran hard. I still had control. We'd clean up on subs but when money was good, BAM! He decided about 4 mos ago to kick it up to heroin. I fought him tooth and nail because he's a beast on it and it almost killed our relationship last time, but I eventually gave in, fighting the whole time. Long story short, we picked up a liking for occasional crack, kept the dope, got evicted, he's in jail on all kinds of charges, probably for a very long time, I have stopped the dope but still like the occasional rock when I can get it. This disease is a beast. I can't wait to put this pipe down for good. I did with the needle and that's harder! A reservation? Idk... Advice welcome.

Subs don't help with coke/crack addiction. If anything, it's something else for him to get hooked too and may lead him to heroin and speedballing. Subs act on opiod receptors. Don't do it. PLEASE!

Just cause u got a white collar, doesn't mean ur ass is any better than the heroin junkie downtown .

I agree we are all unique and all drugs are different.. Except suboxone it's made the same just different different amounts but drugs like cocaine and heroin u have NO idea what they are putting into it that... So everybody can have different reactions....I did smoked crack on and off for a few hours one day then 2 hours or more took 4mg of sub and at first I felt like really weird cold body but sweating but it went away and so did my crack high... I hate doing crack without something to come down on... Not right after. I give myself 2 hours or so to do any downers.. Mostly kpins or heroin but the kpins didn't help after 2 hrs but only took 2 mgs. So 2 hrs after the kpins I did half the sub...Id rather do heroin to come down.. I'd just snort a few lines not to over due it.. Start out slowly... I don't speed ball n never will...after the first line or 2 of heroin I feel calm and relaxed. A good feeling..by then I'm tired enough to sleep becuz straight crack keeps me up forever!! Hate it! I wouldn't say take it but it didn't hurt me.. Made me feel weird for 5 mins then back to normal me not wired off crack.. Lol.. Anyway that was IME.
