Oh man - I agree totally - I am a runner and i train aerobics - I had Nikes and I usually wear size 39 (for shoes)- that's 8 US I think - and the size totally fits me. The problem was I felt when I trained like my feet were in a box, it didn't feel tight, but my feet felt sort of tired. So.. for the next ones I decided to buy one size bigger (40 European, 8.5 US) - and let me tell you - they feel much more comfortable and no more tired feet!!! So, my recommendation to all athletes is to buy one size bigger running shoes than hey wear usually.
