I am going through the same thing, if you ever found help please let me know what it is because i really need it. :(
Have constant cramping in my stomach right side sore lower back pain and feeling sick all the time and struggling to go to the toilet and peeing alot
Sounds like IBS
I had this very same thing, it took months for my doctor to diagnose. I had the burps and everything else you described to a “T”. Turns out it was giardia. It’s an intestinal parasite. I wasn’t out drinking pond water or drinking from streams, so we never thought it could be that, but giardia can be transmitted from person to person easily. Once we figured out what it was, it was so easy to fix. Have your doc just do a quick test for the giardia, and I’ll bet that’s what you have. Hope this helps! If not, at least it rules it out! If it’s not giardia, it’s a good chance it’s a stomach ulcer. Stomach ulcers create a pain in the stomach that feels like you’re starving, but it’s very painful and has a bit of a throw up feel to it. Check for that as well. I’ll be surprised if it isn’t one of these two. Hope this helps!
(These are some of the symptoms of giardia. I didn’t get all of these when I had it, just mostly stomach pain, gassy pain, bad burps, and my tummy almost felt hungry.
Pain areas: in the abdomen
Gastrointestinal: diarrhea, belching, bloating, fat in stool, indigestion, nausea, passing excessive amounts of gas, or vomiting
Whole body: fatigue, loss of appetite, malaise, or malnutrition
Also common: cramping, foul-smelling stool, or weight loss)

Yours sounds like a stomach ulcer. If you’re stomach feels very very harsh hunger pain, and then you eat, and it begins to hurt again a few minutes later, it’s a stomach ulcer. I have had it before and it took months to figure out what it was, but when we did, the meds got rid of it within a week. Hope that helps!
Please help how I can stop the pain because it pains when I'm hungry...i thought is acid or ulcer
Sometimes I feel sudden pain in the lower part of my body (the part after the stomach). I don't know what that pain is and I am very much worried. Can you help?
