She insists urine cultures change also, this is very wrong.
I am going to go to my dr. whom did my hysterectomy.
He will see to me better.
Ok listen , I just came in this site bcs a friend is suffering for 8 months now of a burning outside the vulva in the labia. She had ALL TYPES OF BLOOD ,, PAPS AND BIOPSY and nothing shows up. I've been thinking maybe it has to do with the urine, and to my surprise here were sugestions of kidneys and urinary track infections. My friend had injections of cortizone in the area when is bad. So I know cranberry is very good for urinary infections. They sell cranberry extract at the organic health food stores, its very sour and pure, you mix it with water. No sugar added. It helps clean the system. I'm going to sugest that to my friend and I will post if it helped.
I started having symptoms several days later after my GYN appointment. Never had these symptoms before constant.
Hi could you tell me what vaginal cream did you use for aerobic vaginitis
Thank you

Yep, from my experience, friends and other female family members these symptoms are real and usually come upon us at perimenopausal stage. Our Vaginal burning was not associated with infections or any other causes and unbearable. Took a long time to work out what it was. It's hormone related and to do with estrogen. Your blood estrogen levels do not even need to be low for this to happen. Our bodies are complicated, our physiology is different from one person to another which explains why everyone doesn't suffer the problem. The answer for me was estrogen replacement therapy delivered vaginally. Solved the problem and everyone else I knew who suffered from it. I don't know why it is never mentioned in the symptoms section of peri-menopause or menopause but it's real and it's distressing. Most GP's know nothing about this symptom and when they don't know how to treat something and tests are negative they treat you like you are a hypochondriac. I am 5 years post menopause and feel secure using low does estrogen pessaries however, anyone concerned about using estrogen DHEAS acts the same as estrogen in the vagina and does not enter the blood system. Available in America and other parts of the world on prescription in pessary form. Unfortunately we don't have the pessary available here but your doctor can write a prescription for DHEAS which you take to a compounding chemist who will make up into a cream for you to use. Do your own research and talk to your doctor about it.
