hi i'm 14 and i have this sharp pain in my appendix. i cant seem to get comfortable every time i lay down it hurts more, BUT i dont have any of the symptoms to have my appendix removed. what shall i do, i am going to the doctors tomorrow need to know what it is it is worrying me BADLY......:'( o.O

I just wanted to point out really fast that my friend just died from some kind of hereditary disease that causes iron to build up in the body and is often misdiagnosed, there is a test that can tell you if you have it, and it will save your life. the symptom you described about pain in your toe kind of tipped me off because that happens, also in your finger, and it might be nothing at all but the test won't hurt to have it dodone, eventually it would attack your organs but at a lower rate than a male because of your period, that lets out blood for females every month and lessens the progress of the disease.
I KNOW SOMEONE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AND SHE HAS SEEN EVERY OB/GYN AND ER AND HAS HAD MULTIPLE CAT SCANS, SONOGRAMS, YOU NAME IT, AND THEY HAVE ALL RULED OUT THAT ITS A SYST OR APENDICITIS. THEY TELL HER SHE IS FINE AND PRESCRIBE HER PAIN KILLERS WHICH DONT DO NOTHING TO HER. SHE IS AT THE POINT WHERE SHE JUST WANTS TO BE CUT UP AND HAVE THEM LOOK INSIDE HER CAUSE THE CHECK UPS DONT FIND ANYTHING. THE ONLY THING SHE HASN'T DONE IS AN MRI. WELL, I HOPE THIS CAN HELP AS WELL AS HELP US FIGURE OUT THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS
