Your situation is similar to mine, except my sysmptoms are smelly fart and problem bowels. I'm a 25 years old male. Every time I masturbate or even get aroused, I can hear my stomach is making noise, followed by smelly fart. I feel that my body is generating some sort of toxic things when I get sexual pleasure. And then it will be followed by really smelly stool, shaped weirdly too.
I feel that I have more toxins that need to be eliminated from my stomach so I tried to take a lot of fiber suppliments everyday, which helped a lot. So after two or three days of fiber supplements and going to the bathroom constantly, the smell went away. So it did feel like I got rid out the toxins from masturbation. I suffer the same problems too for years. And too embarrasse to talk about it to anyone. Went to see some doctors but they dont seem to know how to treat my problem. I would then suffer quitely for weeks after masturbating. After the pain subsides i notice my body has swelled and changed. Breathing gets harder but i just try adjust. I have similar problems. It feels like the muscle is distributed to other parts of my body causing my neck, stomach and head to swell permanently. Because im not ejaculating properly. This was caused years ago when I masturbated excessively and held too long before ejaculating. Its feels like my penis is not working properly anymore. hey, masturbation ain't very taboo. atleast people do it when alone (most people except those who haven't discovered it yet). The fact that it creates bloating and flatulence (and loads of fart) could be due to the compression and expansion of those vaginal muscles during the climax and whole process. The large intestine is really close to vaginal walls and it suffers due to contraction and relaxation of the vaginal muscles. This makes the stomach bloat. Not just the vaginal walls but also while masturbating one can notice the contraction of stomach too. All this creates the whole bloating problem. However masturbating doesn't give rise to other physical problems. One should always do it in clean conditions. Bloating can be reduced by drinking water after masturbation. If you feel guilty of the act you should not continue doing it. Do only when you feel comfortable with it. Afterall its for pleasure only. :)
