Smoke marijuana, none natural/"organic" will help but can have other mild side effects (i.e: heart burn, munchies). If you can get a Dr to confirm ibs as a diagnosis and have a prescription for medical marijuana this will be your best source of relief, for most all of the symptoms.

Half of you described internal Hemorrhoids.
The pressure you are feeling is swelling on the rectum, which is caused by Hemorrhoids, which can cause pain and discomfort to your bladder and prostrate, giving you the urge to pee. Can be diagnosed easily with a colonoscopy or just a digital rectal examination, which is two fingers, in a latex glove, some lube and about 5 seconds of discomfort (not even pain). It sometimes seems embarrassing, but your Doctor is a professional and isn't going to fool around with this.

The other half has described Crohn's Disease or Diverticulitis
Crohns is an autoimmune and cannot be cured. It's inflammation of the bowel, which can also cause swelling just like Hemorrhoids, symptoms can only be relieved. Diverticulitis is an infection, usually treated with Penicillin or surgically with a cheese wire. Diverticulitis can be diagnosed with barium X-rays, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, or CT scan.

I think the kidney stone thought might be valid. For a while now I have been feeling them move around. When I do not get enough water the symptom of pain is intense. Also the prostate is involved. it is funny but more water helps. You would think more water would make you go more. I get move flow and the kidney stones stay out of the path. My symptoms cycle in a unpredictable pattern. I do not have hemorrhoid or have taken any medicine to comment on.

Mi sounds like a less fatty diet and healthier choices could make the difference. Never underestimate the power it could have for you.

It could beProstititis. Bacterial, accute ,or chronic. Please if anyone else in here sees this see a urologist. It's a difficult sickness to beat but I'm almost healed after months of changes to diet, and lifestyle. Also there are techniques and medicines to lessen the severity of symptoms while you heal.I am NOT a doctor but good luck finding one that will understand. The condition is not studied much and dr.s sometimes get stumped. I've read just about every piece of material including medical journals so I could help myself heal as fast as possible. Keep your heads up you're not alone. Think positive and be aggressive about a diagnosis and treatment plan. If left to linger it could become chronic. If you have questions I would be glad to answer them to the best of my ability I know how alone and depressed this can make you feel so again hang in there and take care.

I have this too. Get checked for internal hemorrhoids. You need a rectoscopie. Also fibroids in the uterus cause a similar sensation. I have both. Don't be fobbed off- get your go to refer you to a specialist. The discomfort is awful and it don't just go away. Good luck!

Same symptoms started with me at the time I had a wicked onset of sciatic issues with a back injury. The only symptoms left. I haven't seen it mentioned here yet, but the symptoms could all be related to back problems and nerve irritation. Pelvic floor dysfunction, Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome are all ways to characterize a set of symptoms which current medical science has a hard time wrapping up in a neat little package. I have good days and bad, sometimes a good hour or two then a horrible time. Gas and urine related feelings and moderate to high tailbone pain. I always seem to feel fine in the morning, but worsen at varying rates throughout the day. Good luck to all.

That sounds like urinary retention. Some medications cause this and often a simple muscle relaxant can fix it. I had that problem when I took a mood stabilizer when I wasn't too much older than you are. Ask your doctor about it! I also found that yoga helped a lot with relaxing things. Also recommend two different courses of action; train your bladder to hold urine back longer (IE wait as long as possible before you go), if that doesn't work, try chugging water at specific times of the day only and training yourself to pee only during specified times.

I hope this helps.

Are you familiar with all this , I actually had a sigmoidoscopy for this very same cause and found hemroids inside . I started out with uti symptoms and got on antibiotics and seemed to take away the urge to urinate but caused pressure and discimfort in rectum area so had sigmoidoscopy . After I had finished the antibiotics my urine test was clear again and no trace blood like before I started . I've been off antibiotics about 2 weeks and the uti symptoms and rectal pressure back and did urine test with trace of blood in urine . Any suggestions I'm worried
