The pressure you are feeling is swelling on the rectum, which is caused by Hemorrhoids, which can cause pain and discomfort to your bladder and prostrate, giving you the urge to pee. Can be diagnosed easily with a colonoscopy or just a digital rectal examination, which is two fingers, in a latex glove, some lube and about 5 seconds of discomfort (not even pain). It sometimes seems embarrassing, but your Doctor is a professional and isn't going to fool around with this.
The other half has described Crohn's Disease or Diverticulitis
Crohns is an autoimmune and cannot be cured. It's inflammation of the bowel, which can also cause swelling just like Hemorrhoids, symptoms can only be relieved. Diverticulitis is an infection, usually treated with Penicillin or surgically with a cheese wire. Diverticulitis can be diagnosed with barium X-rays, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, or CT scan.

It could beProstititis. Bacterial, accute ,or chronic. Please if anyone else in here sees this see a urologist. It's a difficult sickness to beat but I'm almost healed after months of changes to diet, and lifestyle. Also there are techniques and medicines to lessen the severity of symptoms while you heal.I am NOT a doctor but good luck finding one that will understand. The condition is not studied much and dr.s sometimes get stumped. I've read just about every piece of material including medical journals so I could help myself heal as fast as possible. Keep your heads up you're not alone. Think positive and be aggressive about a diagnosis and treatment plan. If left to linger it could become chronic. If you have questions I would be glad to answer them to the best of my ability I know how alone and depressed this can make you feel so again hang in there and take care.
