Hey i feel bloated and my stomach feels heavy im 14 and i feel like im going to puke im scared i might be pregnat but i know for sure im a virgin what should i do??
I am 32, female... for more than 2 months now, I also feel this way... I am afraid what might be the cause... I have a heavy stomach, sometimes accompanied with back ache (middle), sometimes I burp even if Im just doing something and not eating, sometimes a heavy chest or upper abdomen... It seems like I want to fart or poop... what could this be? Tnx
For anyone else who finds this, these symptoms can be the result of gluten and/or dairy sensitivity or intolerance. Celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome could also be the cause. You can do an elimination test to find out if the culprit is in your diet: stop eating gluten and dairy for 2 weeks, then reintroduce one or the other and see what happens.
Of course you should see your doctor so they can make sure there are no other causes for your symptoms.
Continuing to eat gluten if your body is rejecting it has been proven to cause inflammation in the gut and body, and interfere with nutrient absorbtion. It can result in in imbalance of B vitamins and could go on to cause thyroid problems. So it's important. Not just a fad diet.
I don't really have gas often. My upper abs are quite well defined and I'm pleased with them, but I always have a little buldge (or muffin top) at the bottom, it's not uncomfortable but I just don't get why it buldges out but my top abs are fine! I keep freaking myself out telling myself that it's a baby growing in there haha but seriously I don't know why I have a buldge at the bottom of my tummy :(
I too had this problem a month after I came off a 21-day master cleanse. I would always feel ravenously hungry, even immediately after eating. If I didn't eat I would experience pains. My stomach was bloated, felt heavy and painful. What I did to solve it, and this I am aware is a strange solution, was to create something whenever Id get hungry. Also instead of snacking, I ate little bits of dark chocolate. Also it seems that this problem is alleviated by doing things that are enjoyable (if its food you enjoy you'll have to leave that out) I know, if you are in this state, the thought of ignoring ones hunger calls would be abhorrent, but you really only need to exert control a couple times for things to begin to shift. It seems you cant properly digest food if you are eating. Good luck and blessings to you.
I do have a gas problem to what would be an effective treatment for this problem is there any herbal Punk old country relief from the kitchen cupboard.Poo
Has anyone checked to see if it might be irritable bowl syndrome? Because that's exactly what it sounds like.
Yaay... I'm not a vegan. I love meat, however I still have this problem. I'm 5"8 at 180 pounds an I don't have a gut. Feels like I ate a bag full of rocks and so far no one seems to know what the hell is going on. It makes it very difficult to work and/or sleep. I still thank everyone's posts here. I find comfort in knowing I'm not the only one here feeling like this. I was honestly starting to think I was just being a p***y. -_-
women are supposed to have this shape! it's your uterus inside. We aren't supposed to be ironing board flat. The media feed us ridiculous unnatural images of an unachieveable body image. Stop falling for it.
Have you tried CBD for your symptoms?
Did you find out what this was and how to fix it? I'm getting agitated and worried but don't want to see a doctor
I keep burping too )): help anyone?
Teenerz please write what you have found to be the problem and solution. I woke up this morning in tears over the exact same symptoms and issues. I just did a 10-day juice cleanse. I am a vegan. I work out and do yoga 3 times a week. I haven't been able to workout. my stomach is very bloated, crampy and now going to my lower back. I thought drinking more water a day would help ( perhaps some). I thought of probiotics, but don't know much about them. I don't know what happened. Please share whatever you have discovered.

Your response is the closest to my symptoms. I feel like there are rocks in my stomach, even when haven't eaten. This started two days ago.
