I had my gallbladder out 17 years ago. I have the worst constipation I have ever had. Anything can set it off. I have had to eliminate all grains. I eat lots of fresh vegetables, drink lots of water, and take 2 magnesium citrate, 3 aloe ferox bitter crytals, and a linzess everyday. I also have a longer than normal colon and slower than normal and had a hysterectomy years ago which now has given the colon more room to twist and turn. Pure Senna leaf by Solaray works for some people. I finally gave up on a gastroenterologist and went to a colorectal surgeon. He prescribed Linzess and my life has improved.

Great advice up to the part about a liver flush. Google a bit and you'll see that liver flushes are a myth. Medical research has proven there is no way to flush your liver. Sites that are pushing that are generally selling something or simply uninformed wellness sites. Otherwise, awesome post, thank you.

I had laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, and the surgeon said he found a hemangioma. What are the surgeon's chances of error in this case? I am concerned, my liver enzymes are now normal. They also found a small cyst in my pancreas. Any suggestions on what type of care I need?
