I just turned 13 and my cord, up top on my left side is alot bigger than the one on the right. My left testicle is bigger than the right. They are both a little tendor. THe cord seemed to get bigger 2 years ago. My testicles have no lumps. Its above it that is bigger. It hangs down more than the right. SHould I be worried or is just puberty
This is called normal male anatomy. The cord on the left side is bigger and longer and this is why the left testicles is longer and usually bigger than the right one.
