I'm 24years and I had a major surgery of appendicitis perforation 3years back
But I couldn't concieve since then
I have gone through test and they say I'm fine
Could I have fallopian tube blockage
Because I do ovulate but no sign of pregnancy

Hi, guest.
It is possible to have fallopian tube blockage after surgery for appendix perforation, though it is not a common complication.
If it was necessary to perform a laparotomy (a surgical procedure involving an incision in the abdomen) to remove the appendix, it is possible that the fallopian tubes may have been damaged during the procedure.
If a laparoscopy (a minimally invasive procedure involving small incisions and a camera) was used, the risk of potential damage to the fallopian tubes is much lower.
Can you recall what was your procedure?
