I have noticed something in my scrotum that wasn’t there before. I could describe it like soft tubes going into the back of my left testical at the start they wer small but have grown in size and number. There is no pain but it almost feels like they are eating away at my left testical. have you any ideas what it may be?

About 8-9 years ago I had surgery for varicosecele on the left side and hydrocele on my right side.

4 years after these I had been in 2 major auto accidents which caused further damage to my back and neck, I have had neck disks fused and recommended surgery's for the mid and lower back Also I had double hernias that were repaired using mesh.

While recovering for the above I developed Vericose again on the left and a Hydrocele on the right. The lump on the right all of these conditions have been examined by no less then 3 uroligists several nuroligests and MRI's cats ultrasound xray and a whole list of other tests have been performed.

Problem:
I am treated by pain specialists who have reviewed my health history and am treated only for pain by all doctors.
the treatment is paranormal I use a cream which contains benzocaine, lidocaine , and tetraciane which i apply daily on my testicals also I self inject lidocaine and tetracaine as needed..lidocaine was 9 days then 7 then 5 then 3...now it only helps for hours...so they added the tetracaine recently and i haven't yet started using it.

The PAIN is unbearable it is always at a moderate level but with movement and god forbid touch or slight tap i nearly pass out, afterwards i am left with severe headache.
The lump in left tesicale is slowly growing it used to be pea sized and now is grape sized...I see doctors 2-3 time per month and they are very aware of the growth and general status.
They rule surgery out telling me it will not relieve the pain, they say the condition has progressed to the point that in involves nerve damage related to my lower back.

there appears to be no relief is sight and no treatment.
I suggested removing both testicles and whatever related nerves might help..they refuse again saying it will not relieve the pain.

What is suggested for this condition?

Hey dudes. Right, i've got a very small lump (if you can call it a lump really) on my left testicle. It doesn't cause me any pain whatsoever, it does hurt if i squeeze it though. I don't know whether it's anything or not so i was wondering what i should do? I DON'T wanna tell my parents incase it is nothing because it's embarrasing.

It's really small and doesn't cause me pain but it's there and that's why i'm worried. Any advice please?

I thought that i noticed a difference in my testicle about 3 months ago but thought that it was my imagination. About a week ago i started to have some pian in that same testicle, i have now examined myself and found a lump attached to it about the size of an average grape, do you think that it may be a problem?

i recently went to the doctors because i found a lumpy mass on each testical and i was very worried. the doctor examined me and said that it was my epidymis this is the thing that holds the sperm before ejaculation. the doctor said that when you havnt ejaculated for a while it can become cystic and can worry people. cancerous lumps/tumors occur on the testes themself and this is where to examine. anyways if you do find something on your testicals do not be afraid to see a doctor they know what there doing and are there for support and advice.

Hi, I'm 14, white; about 2-3 weeks ago I've noticed a lump on the top of my right testicle right next to the epididymis. It is smaller than a pea. It is on the outside of my testicle and extending from it is a small wiggly "strand." If i move the strand around it is painful and if i squeeze it it is painful. It isnt painful if i role over the lump with my finger. It is tender and painful when i squeeze it though. For the past 2-3 weeks i've been checking my testicles daily and it hasnt gone away, but my right testicle isn't enlarged; it is the same size as my left and they hang equally after a warm bath. I showed my father the lump and he told me that it was nothing and if my testicle started to hurt to tell him which it hasn't. I have to get my physical for 9th grade in 1 to 2 weeks and i was wondering if i should go earlier to make sure it isn't cancer. I've been reading about testicular cancer and it mostly doesnt fit my symptons but some do. I am out of the age range when you should start doing T.S.E's, it is on the top of my testicle which is rare, it is painful, and it has a wiggly "strand" extending off it. But it is a lump. Should i be worried?
-Thank you

i'm a 16 year old male and i've had a lump above my left testicle for the past 2-3 years. it's not attached to the testicle, but it's right above it attached to the spermatic cord. i.e.: i can move it without moving my testicle, i can feel the spermatic cord on top and below the lump and if i check my testicle it's not on it.

also it's usually soft but if i strain it gets a lil bigger and firmer (but not hard) and when i push it up through the scrotal sack it's bluish and lumpy/twisted looking. also when i lay down i can still feel it (barely) but for the most part it seems to disappear. what could i have? could i have tc???

please respond!! thanks!!
