Im just wondering i have had my period for over two years and have always used tampons could my hymen already be broken ? Im not really sure how to tell wether it has or hasnt yet ????

Yes, most definitely your hymen could be broken by tampons or by sports when you were younger. Not every female bleeds her first time having sex, I didn't and I was a virgin.
