I am recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and during last few days I am having really hard time staying ok – it is about this persistent hunger and nausea I have accompanied by shakiness and weakness so I wonder if those symptoms including also severe dizziness I have these days –could this be a side effect of my med I was actually taking these days for my headache but it was just simple OTC-ibuprofen and at the same time I was regular with my diabetes treatment though I am still having trouble doing it right. Anyway I would like to hear could this condition be a side effect of my med or something else? Thanks much!
I don't think this is about side effects of the med you have been taking these days it is more likely you are not yet good an managing your diabetes condition so I would say those symptoms are hypoglycemia related which is very common in patients newly diagnosed with diabetes so basically you need some more time to learn the best way your treatment is about to be performed. So you watch out not to skip meals and don't exaggerate with your exercise but also too much of injected insulin could have caused you this blood sugar level drop.
