This has been making me feel guilty for the past 2 years.
2 years ago I lost my virginity (at age 17) to a female friend of mine, but I didn't feel much during sex and couldn't stay hard. This last for about a week until I lost all my self esteem and shut myself from society.
I also am concerned about the small amount of hair that is growing on the shaft of my penis and how my penis is flat on the top. Because of this, I'm too scared and embarrassed to have sex again.
Now I'm attempting to give life one more chance and by that I have to fix whatever is wrong with me.

It's understandable how a poor experience can color and ruin your confidence.
The important thing is to remember that sex is a learned behavior and that you have had only one experience.
Nobody's first time goes smoothly.
Second, remember that when you engage in intercourse, your personal goal is to climax and make it feel good. You are learning what pleases and excites you, and also, how to please your partner. But if you want and concentrate on yourself too much, you'll kill the experience before it gets started.
Most women don't care if you have a flat spot or hair on the shaft. What they want is a sensitive, caring partner who can help her get more excited and move toward her orgasm. Very few will be judging what your penis looks like. They are more concerned about what's coming out of your mouth and what your hands are doing, and what you can do with your penis.
So, relax. Don't forget to use protection. (Yes, that can limit sensation, but you can learn to experience sex even with a condom on. Millions do. You can too.)
