I am 58. Do not exercise as much as I should. When I sit and pull my leg up to tie my shoe, I sometimes get a cramp lasting 10 seconds directly below the right breast area. Will exercise help? Thank you

My Daughter is a personal trainer and says that could be the muscle that hasn't been worked and 9 times our of 10 working out does solve a lot but I've been experiencing this also and have been told it could be the gallbladder or liver a blood test can tell if it's your liver but of course you'll have to see your Doctor hope this helps.
