ok just the other day i was doing some spring cleaning and like an hr later i got really bad cramps....hrs later my period....but the bleeding is bad and cramps hurt so much...i took a preg..test and nt preg but it was done in jan.2012,,,,could doing so much wrk cause u to hve a period someone help
I don't think you're pregnant. It just seems the stress has made your period irregular.
