About 10 days ago I had protected sex with a partner that I'm sure is pretty active. Condom didn't break. Second time she was pretty rough.
Fast forward 10 days, I have a slight tingling in the tip of the penis. Very sensitive, as if theres nerves or something. Also there's an irritated vertical crease of skin under the meatus. I have been treating with some vaseline. No other symptoms, so the question is should i be worried about anything other than a bit of hard use?

Well, I doubt it could be a sexually transmitted disease since you've been using the condom. Have you considered allergies? Either to your body soap, laundry detergent, clothes fabric, etc? It could be caused by bacterial urethritis infection or by yeast infection as well. But most probably, your discomfort is anxiety-related, plus perhaps a little irritation since she was pretty rough.
