well, I wouldn't expect any drastic improvements in a month or two...

If you expect better results, you will want to do the exercises for your buttocks for about 15 to 20 minutes a day.  This will increase the liklihood of quicker results.  Also if you engage in a walking program and walk about 45-60 minutes a day, this will really give your buttocks a workout and quickly sculpt them into shape!  If you do all of what I recommended, you will see great results in 2 months.  Of course, you will want to continue doing these interventions to keep your derriere in shape.  If you quit doing them, your butt will get saggy on you again.
