Hey there guys. I feel really bad lately and I don't know what can be the cause. I have problem with depression, but I was controlling it really good so far. But now I just can't do it and I don't know why. Depression made me feel headache, shortness of breath and fatigue every day. But every single day and I don't know what to do to fight against it. I hope that you can give me some advice how I can fight against it? Is there any way to do this at home? Everyone at my job started to notice it...

You can't do much about it, Hannah. These are some of the common symptoms of depression, they are closely connected to depression so I don't think that you can do anything about it. You can always talk to your doctor and see if he has any medications to prescribe to you, although I'm not a big fan of medications, I like to keep it all natural, you know: if you want to do that as well, you can ask him about some natural remedies.

The best thing that you can do is work on the treatment of your depression without focusing on its symptoms.

Depression is something that is really easy to notice in a person Hannah, it has really specific symptoms and it makes you act differently than you normally would. It is okay that the people around you are noticing it, it is normal, but it is bad if it has any effect on your productivity and if it makes you bad at what you do.

I don't think that you can do much about it either, your depression got into a worse stadium. Try and talk to someone, consult a psychologist, he will know what to do. This is hard to fight on your own.

Medications I suppose, I don't think that you can do anything else since these are just some normal symptoms of depression.

The only thing that you can do is fight depression slowly. When you begin fighting it, when you make even a small progress, these symptoms should probably go away. Then, you can just continue fighting depression and sooner than you thought, you are going to be free of depression. This sounds great in theory, right, but you will need a lot of work to get there, fighting depression is one of the hardest things to fight in the whole world.

That was exactly my point Deni blue, we completely agree on this one. These are all common symptoms of depression and she can't do anything about it (besides the medications which we mentioned, but since the problem is in her head, right, then not even medications will be able to help her, they will have no effect, unless these are those pills that are used to make you calm, right?). I'd suggest that you talk to your doctor or to your psychologist in order to get some tips and some help regarding how to get rid of your depression entirely, Hannah.

Hey Hannah,

I had the exact same problem as you now. I had no idea what to do about it, my friends had no idea what could I do about it, and the worst part was that my doctor didn't know what can I do about it. So what did I do? I did nothing about it, obviously. Amazingly, the symptoms all suddenly stopped without me having to do anything. I did, however, have those symptoms for almost an entire month, but they did eventually stop, that's the main thing about all this. With a bit of luck, it will be the same for you.

Hi darling. I am scared that there is nothing that you can do about it. Those all are the symptoms that can happen to you and to everyone. Those are very common symptoms when it comes to depression. My friend told me that it is very important to learn how to accept your depression or how to deal with it. Once you find out how to do this, you will be able to control it. But also I would recommend you to use medications as well, because those medications can make your life much easier than it is. But I really hope so that your depression is not in the big stadium right now.

Hello there. I don't think that I am really depressed or that I am in some bad stadium of depression. I generally feel good during this days, but when I am about to have another attack, I start to lose my breath again. I am not using any kind of medications, and I know that maybe I should. But I don't know which medications can help me since I am already using tons of the medicines for my depression and my anxiety.

Are there any other things that I can do about it? Can I exercise, run, swim or something like this?

Like I already told you in my previous post, there is nothing you can do about it. At least, not that much, Medications can help you, but like you said alone, you are already using bunch of medicines and you should really consult your doctor to see what medications can help you and which medications you should stop taking. Also, someone already wrote that you should try some natural remedies. I am sure that your doctor has some good recipes and I am sure that he is going to share it with you. Running, swimming and exercising can't harm you...

Hello there. I had problems with this as well, but this started to annoy me so hard that I didn't know what to do . It became serious, I guess. To cut long story short, I didn't believe that this can be that serious until one day I was totally out of my breath. My wife was really scared, but I was scared as well because I believed that I am going to die. Thanks God, my wife did know that I am dealing with depression and she knew it that this is a sign of it. She calmed me down, and when I was pretty much OK she took me to the doctor. He gave me some antidepressants and now I am feeling OK.

Look, there is nothing bad and it is not a shame if you are using pills or antidepressants that can help you feel much better when you are depressed. Thanks God you were not that hardheaded and you accepted that you are having a problem and that you should be healed. Well, there was one girl that I do know and it was so obvious that she was dealing with depression but she didn't want to admit to us. We were trying to help her, but she had that problem - she believed that if she starts to use medicines, everyone will be joking with her.

That is not true. Nobody is going to make a fun of you. You need help and sometimes medications are the only thing that can help you.
