im 19 and i have never had any problems with sleeping of headaches... i could quite happily and easily sleep for long periods of time and never have a problem with being restless or not having the ability to sleep, i never got headaches, maybe one on the odd occasion through using computers all day or tiredness but this was never a problem
the past month ive been getting constant headaches the only way to get rid of them i find is either to take medication (when this wears off the headache comes back) or sleeping it off
but lately not even the sleeping is helping, im having problems with sleeping aswell and seem to be trying to find any spare minute of the day to have a nap
i dont seem to have any energy either, i do tend to go to the gym 3 times a week and have never had a problem with lack of energy when at the gym, it seems to be during day to day activities such as when im at work
ive also seem to be experiencing a strange pain very low down on the left hand side of my abdominals... its not often and it doesnt last long but it is a very wierd feeling
im not pregnant, i have a heathly lifestyle, i had my eyes tested a few weeks back and my vision is almost perfect, i drink plenty of water i have plenty of fruit & vitamins and i rarely drink alchol... i dont know whats wrong
please advise if you know what i could try or if any one is experiencing the same thing and know what is wrong with me

I am 45 Female.I was wondering what you have been prescribed for chronic headaches. I too suffer from headaches dizziness and lots of other symptoms. I am currently having blood tests for imbalanced hormones. The symptoms I have now have lasted 10 days and are the whole time I am awake. approx 16 hrs a day.
Does the medication you are on stop the dizziness?
I have been suffering for 2 years now, after I had a back injury, even though back xrays came back okay.

I had similar symptoms, constant headaches, dizziness, light nausea, stomach aches, stomach garguling, bloating and constant belching.
The symptoms lasted a week, till I finally went to the doctor.
The doctor told me I had parasites. I was kind of scared but he just prescribed medicine and in two days I felt way better. I would recommend for people who are feeling similar symptoms to ask your doctor to prescribe parasite treatment. My doctor said that it not something to be scared about. And that people should take parasite treatment two times a year.

I'm having similar problems. I have had this awful headache for two days now, overwhelming tiredness, and I couldn't eat my dinner last night because I felt sooo sick. Just the smell of food nauseated me.
Despite all this, I went to work today, but now I have minor throat constriction, like right before when I get a throat infection.
I know most of you say "go see a doctor, etc." but apparently you don't know what it's like to live without insurance. I'm a college student and can't afford to go see one.
So what do I do?

Hi there,
My symptoms arn't as bad as most of the others posted here, but I'd still like to know if mine could mean anything.
I'm a 17 year old female, I have been getting bad headaches for the last 4 or 5 years, they are usually in the front of my head. I've been to check my eyes as that was a possible cause, but all three or four checks said my eyes are fine.
I also experience slight nausea quite frequently, often it's not so bad, but it is still there and it lasts. Other times it gets quite bad and I fell the need to throw up, but it never gets that far.
I'm also tired 90% of the time.
I'm not extremely worried but I don't think these symptoms are completely normal for someone my age.
Any advice or information would help.
Thanks

Hey! I have some other symptoms, other than those. There's the constant nausea, especially after I eat,(my friends have seen that, and I never ever throw up, which is fairly annoying), fatigue, insomnia, light-headedness and confusion(especially after waking. ex. Where am I? Who put me here? What do they want with me? Who changed me out of my clothes?) Sometimes I'll lose senses randomly, like lights will take over my eyes for a minute or two(at that point I go completely by touch, smell and sound. Dangerous when I'm cooking) or I won't be able to feel anything(I won't be able to tell you, oh that's soft! Oh that's so hot, don't touch that! etc, etc.)
and sometimes I'll lose more than one. And after one of these spells I'll have a splitting headache.
I'm a 13 year old female, I'm a writer, but I usually write right before I (try to) go to bed. I'm a student and I don't have a job yet, but only because it's not technically legal yet. There's some stress in my life, but not a lot
Am I dying or something? Please help me!

You need to take your daughter to see a doctor quickly. Is she light sensitive?

I am 19 years old and had my period on the 4th of Feb. till the 8th. After my period was done with i had sex. I had sex almost every day till the 23rd. The night of the 22nd after sex I realized I had discharge other than normal clearish discharge. It was pink. I immediately thought that we were too rough in the heat of the moment. By day 2 the discharge was a brownish pink. I was totally weirded out by the color. It is now the 25th and I am having headaches and pain in my abdomen, like cramps. I am getting nauseated and tired a lot. I am surprisingly emotional over everything (not like me at all), and crazy hungry. I thought about implantation bleeding and want to take a pregnancy test but think it might be too early. What do you think?
This sounds just like the problems I've been having, did you ever get a diagnosis
I'm 19. first of all your appendix is on your right side. Mine burst when I was 11 and and was removed, although i experience the pain on my left side at first when I was taken into hopistal...a year before I experiend the same pains so I believe I had a problem with my appendix for a year. Which is nausea, head ache, dizziness sickness and extreme pain to the point you cannot even walk. To be honest feeling tired and sick all the time to me kind of relates to depression/anxiety which causes restless sleep-your body is restless because your mind is unknowningly restless causing your body to become more unrestless thus your mind not being relaxed enough to reach an unconscious state. One brilliant way to relieve stress.depression/anxiety is exercise and plenty of is...this will make your body feel good making your mind feel good and more relaxed. With feelin more relaxed and knackering yourself out you shouldnt have any difficuties sleeping. The pain under your brase bone and rib cage may also be due to stress and anxiety...it causes tight chest pain which makes it hard to breathe. My advice is to go mad exercising, winding down, maybe reading a little...distract yourself from your hectic life once in a while and think of you. Hope this helps. If not go to a professional :).
I'm a 14 year old, and i have constant pulsating headaches and I'm dizzy a lot, and sometimes I feel like I'm bout to be sick.
