I'm 18 years old. For 7 weeks now I've been vomiting most days. At first I thought pregnancy but took three tests to make sure and all came back negative. I've noticed I've been getting bloated and my vomit is like stomach acid. I've also started to be tired all the time and get headaches regularly.

Does anyone have an idea of what it might be?

I have these exact same symptoms! 27, single mom. I do smoke, eat well, and am usually quite active.   I never really paid attention the the pain in my ribcage or tummy gurggling until I read your post.  Always just slufffed that off as indigestion or gas or something. but maybe they ARE related!  Ive felt utterly exausted for the last 4 weeks straight, have very random yet instant bouts of nausea, stomach cramps (and gurgles), loss of appetite, some back pain and constant soreness/stiffness in my neck as well as my shoulders.   I also seem to have an issue concentrating on even the smallest of tasks. Have been to the Doctor twice now though and have been told its just a common cold, ill get over it, just rest.  But it's not going away.  I also noticed just the other day that the gland on the left side of my neck under the jaw, is swollen still (it has been there now for 2 months)  It's kind of scary to read all of these people with the same symptoms and no real answers.  Not even neuro surgeons know what to do,  has ANYONE gotten a good explanation from a doctor or are you all as lost as I am right now? HELLLLLLP

Earlier this year one of my friends had these symptoms and had been constently tied for a while, she went to the doctors and did all sorts o tests and they came to a conclusion that she had M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) also known as chronic fatigue syndrome

It could be an underactive or overactive thyroid gland. Check out more details on google. I am having a blood test to find out the cause of my tiredness, headaches, impaired memory and concentration. Go to your doctors and ask for a blood test.
