Very simple - I'm on my period and today I go to the bathroom and I saw a pretty good sized blood clot - but this blood clot looked like what a dumbbell would - big on the one side, and attached was a long string blood clot to another blood clot. Weird part was that the blood clot was red but not dark red and I was able to see through it. I also have PCOS, and am currently in perimenopause. I'm wondering if what I had today was a miscarriage. Please if you know what i'm talking about, please let me know. God bless.
