Heya ,

First exscuse my spelling or grammer as im dyslexic and my spell check cant be trusted on this laptop xD


So the back story is. . .

Im a male , 16years old , 5'11 foot and about 14 stone.
So basicaly 2 weeks ago i droped meat , fish , chicken , fizzy drinks , chocolate , chrisps , swaped white bread for brown.
I also started doing x30 sit ups , push ups , ankel taps and 30 lifts of a 4.5kg weight.
My diet is mainly vegetables , nuts , honey , peanut butter , brown bread , pasta and lots of water. oh and loads of tea .
I dont eat much fruit but i drink loads of fruit juice ( i just hate the texture of the actual fruit)
I also dont like milk or cheese .

The problem . . .

Well i understand its only been two weeks , but i havent seen or felt any results. Being a vegie isnt hard and i dont miss meat anywhere near as much as i thought i would , not im not very over weight or anything to bad , i have a fairly decent body just package fat in the abs region , has anyone any tips to get rid of this ? ive had it for about 5 years . or even any tips on if this is the wrong way to go about this.
The ideal hope , like so many others , is for a 6 pack , but id settle for a flat tummy =]
