I was wondering if there is a diet for clear skin. Is that even related to each other? What foods should I eat or avoid in order to have my skin look healthy. I’m having skin problems in the past 6 months and I am desperate what to do. I have an acne outbreak almost every month and it looks disgusting , I don’t know what to do anymore, I have tried a lot of creams and preparation but nothing worked so I thought I might need to change my diet or something. Pleaseee help me.
