Hi, im 14 and i weigh 112 pounds, im going on holiday in september so i really want to loose a stone and a half, i dont have a straight tummy like everyone else, i wear the same old things all loose and never tight, i look horrible standing with my friends, can you help? i usually play the zumba on my wii for an hour a day. tips on how to diet in the house please?x
Make sure that you eat right!  It's easier to loose weight when you don't have so many calories to burn.
